The Sun in H-A is the most dynamic object you will ever see while pointing a telescope skywards. Constantly changing and never repeating itself the Sun will hold your attention for a lifetime. Not only does the PST have a bandpass of <1.0 angstrom but it is also thermally stable and requires no more time to operate than putting in a eyepiece and adjusting the focus. The PST will show you prominences, active regions, filaments, as well as other surface details. The PST is made from milled aluminum, not plastic!

The KWIQ Guider package greatly simplifies the task of autoguiding by packaging the camera, optics and mounting hardware into a compact, easy to aim system that is always in focus. It offers a 2 degree field of view and easily handles sub-arc second imaging scales. It does not require counter balancing or special tools to operate. It is the perfect guiding solution for fork mounted SCT users, but is definitely not limited to SCT use. Works with PHD and other FREEWARE guiding software as well as the major commercial imaging software packages, including MaximDL and CCDSoft. Connects directly to the autoguider port of ST4 compatible mounts. No extra adapters or cables are needed.

The Trifid Nugget is designed for auto-guiding. It comes in a very small package that is ideal for use with an off-axis guider or guide telescope where space is limited. The Nugget has a high quantum efficiency imaging chip, relay outputs for telescope control; MaxIm/DL and CCDSoft drivers are included.

The Nugget connects to the host computer with a USB 2.0 port. It is powered from the USB bus and it includes a USB 2.0 router. This means that you bring a single USB cable up to the Nugget and it is fully functional without an external power cable. The Nugget also has a USB 2.0 host port to connect to the Trifid Gold or other USB 2.0 device. This means that you can connect two cameras with a single USB cable run through the telescope mount.
