	A great website to find out what's happening in the astronomy scene in Singapore
	Singapore's best amateur astronomy forum. Free to all! A great place to purchase or sell used astronomy equipment. Also good to find out where observation parties are going to be.
	A great site dedicated to affordable telescopes and accessories. Astronomy and astrophotography for those on a budget (most of us). He has great video tutorials for most astronomy activities.
	USA forum discussing astronomy equipment. They have good reviews of most telescopes and accessories. Also has lots of comparative reports if you have a tough time deciding one over another.
	The Astronomical Society of Singapore's web site. They run observations in conjunciton with the Singapore Science Centre, and also organise star-gazing trips to Smakau Island and other locations.
Microscopy Info
	Andrew Lost is a good website introducing the world of microscopy to children.
	Dennis Kunkel Microscopy Inc has some of the best microscopy stock photographs. These are as inspirational to microscopy as Hubble's photos are to astronomy.
	An excellent microscopy magazine from the UK. Many great sub-links including Pond Life ID Kit to help identify critters in the water. Includes links to a Primer that teaches you all (and probably more) about microscopes and microscopy. Good for those more inclined to science and technology.

	One of the best US astronomy stores. They have most major brands and often have items in stock.
	Excellent value-for-money brand, combining good product quality and innovative features. Highly recommended by Astro Bargains.
	A great store carrying many well-known telescope brands. They also own the popular Cloudy Nights forum.
	If you need any hard-to-find accessories, this store normally has what you need.
Astronomy Software
Stellarium	Stellarium is a fantastic planetarium program that's totally free. Set your location to Singapore and you can get a realistic view of the stars at any date/time that you want.
